Abstract: As we near the end of the histroric era of 2020, there is much to look back on an revaluate the true challenges we face as the human species. Though much has been unexpected during the times of the pandemic and many wish to return to normal, we are faced with asking "was our previous normal actually that good"? For many, the mandatory slower pace has inadvertently provided the rest and stability that their bodies desperately needed. Prevalence of vata symptoms due to travel, stress and occupational triggers have reduced significantly. In saying that, there are many new triggers and challenges to maintenance of our health i.e. reduced physical activity and movement, modifications to our daily schedule or routine and the uncertainty of what will happen next. With all the changes that has come to play this year, there are still known tools to anchor our heatlh, promote resilience and make it through to more stability. What are those age old tools? Dinacarya (daily routine) and the ever important Agni (digestive fire).
